Our mission is to create a neighborhood bar that provides good snacks and amazing drinks to our community. At The Austin Eagle, you can be yourself, this is a judgment-free zone built for our community.
We also hold ourselves, and our team—to the highest standards. Our employee code of conduct is crystal clear: no more than two drinks while on duty, and a zero-tolerance policy for drama. Respectfulness and friendliness aren’t just expected, they’re the baseline.
We are proud to be part of the LGBTQIA+ business community and refuse to engage in tearing others down. Any employee caught trash-talking other queer establishments on social media will receive a verbal warning. A second time? We part ways. Supporting and uplifting each other is at the core of who we are.
